Ya I am beginner administrator.
It’s my responsibility to solve the problem. But I have no idea how to solve this problem.

Do u have any idea please.??

Jeff
I'm afraid the only option is to contact the server admin (cpanel root user) to have them unlock the account they locked.
markcausa
Jeff is correct. The root admin has locked the account and enabled the option 'Do not let reseller unsuspend this account' so there's nothing you can do except for contact the root admin.

Now might also be a good time to contact sales and you will see how affordable a server you have full control over can be. smile.gif

So,this means I need to contact ISP.
or they provide any user name and password
to login as a root user.
markcausa
Depending on who your ISP is, they might be able to give it to you.

Good luck.
