Hi,

I'm new to Plesk and ran into an newbie issue that I would like some help with.
I have create a domain in Plesk and all is well.
I view my new domain through IE and I'm able to see the default site that Plesk built. (209.85.22.26/site).
The issue starts here:
When I ftp my .net code to the httpdocs folder, the site does does not work anymore.
I cannot view my site.
I manually created this site through IIS and it works fine, but when trying to use Plesk it fails.
I know that I'm doing something wrong but dont know what's going on.
Please any help would be appreciated. I tried looking through all the Plesk manuals but could not find anything about how to upload and setup a site.

thanks,
Steve

Hi Steve,

Probably you are putting your site into a folder in httpdocs folder for ex. [httpdocs/site/your site files here] here in this case your web.config file lies in the "site" folder. put all your site files directly in httpdocs folder so that web.config and all folder level files will be in httpdocs folder.

hope this will help.

Thanks,
