So i go in the list of account create ad it there isn't

are you need go to shell root:

I undestood that you have cpanel so are you have linux.

in ssh:
before, number one:
press cp /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf.backup

vi /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf

after opened press /name of domain

if you see this below, so clear it

<VirtualHost xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx>
ServerAlias www.domain.com domain.com
ServerAdmin webmaster@domain.com
DocumentRoot /home/user/public_html
BytesLog domlogs/domain.com-bytes_log
ServerName www.domain.com

press ESC off your keyboard
and press :wq

press /etc/init.d/httpd stop
press /etc/init.d/httpd start

try again in whm put your domain
