I have just signed up for a server with HELM. Have any of you used AWBS (old name DRAMS) with HELM? It's at www.awbs.com.
It looks quite good and claims to automate a lot for the customer.

Sorry for the delay in getting a response here.. AWBS is indeed integrated with Helm so that you can use it as Helm's external billing system. I don't have personal experience of using it in a live environment myself but you might want to pop by our commuity forums at http://forums.webhostautomation.com as I'm sure there's been some discussion about this.
Helm also works with ModernBill and LPanel.
