Dear All,
After using PLESK for some time, I am having a bit of hard time under Helm 3.2.10.
We have a reseller account on helm, and I need to migrate about 50 web sites from an old non-panel server to this server.

Do I correctly understand that I need to create 50 users to migrate these web sites?
I need to create these users, give them one of my "plans", the size of their web site, which I guess is called "package" for them, and then create their web site using that package?
This seems very awkward and tedious.. Is there an easier way?

I agree, currently Helm seems to have a little more complexity, but it is simple enough to adapt to......basically The admin has resellers and the resellers have customers that are the only ones that can hold websites. Additionally, a customer can hold more than one website under a plan that is supplied by a reseller who inturn purchases this from the admin.

Admin > Reseller > Customers (Multiple websites under plans).
