Hello Support,

In cpanel==>file manager=>html editor

In the cpanel under file manager when i clicked on perticular .html file and then clicked on "html edtor" at that time in file manager the html editor is not working its return only blank screen.

Please help me how can i access html editor in cpanel==>file manager.

Your Hosting company has turned off the HTML Editor because there is a security hole in it.
