Hi All,

Today I got this email:

======================================================================
IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
This is cPanel stats runner on net5.yservers.com!
While processing the log files for user seopulse, the cpu has been
maxed out for more then a 6 hour period. The current load/uptime line on the server at the time of
this email is
15:22:46 up 227 days, 8:15, 0 users, load average: 2.01, 2.03, 2.00
You should check the server to see why the load is so high and take
steps to lower the load. If you want stats to continue to run even with a high load; Edit
/var/cpanel/cpanel.config and change extracpus to a number larger then 0 (run
/usr/local/cpanel/startup afterwards to pickup the changes).
======================================================================

So can someone please tell me what does this means? And what shall I do?

Thanks in advance for your time and support

It just means your stats are taking awhile to run and the load is high on your server. This may be from a busy site or just so many stats it takes a long time to process them.

Why are you posting in the HOWTO forums instead of posting in any of the others that are available? Did you read the thread rules?
