After many trails and errors I finally figured out how to set up the Branded domain for the Web Site Builder using cPanel. So I figured I would share what I found with everyone else.

First log in to your Reseller One account and follow the instruction for setting up your Branded Domain. This is the easy part.

Ok now in the Web Host Manager add a Zone file for that domain.

I used a sub-domain which we will call websitebuilder.mydomain.com

Once you have set up a zone record for your brand go to the edit zone feature in WHM and edit the domain.

Change the settings for localhost.websitebuilder.mydomain.com 1400 A 127.0.0.0


Make it websitebuilder.mydomain.com 1400 IN A 69.20.100.121


Point a CNAME like this

websitebuilder.mydomain.com 1400 IN CNAME wsbuildingtool.com


Wait for the domain to propagate which should not take to long (hour or so)
