Configuring a new HELM server, I can't find how to add subdomains to hosting plans. Ok about domain aliases but not subdomain.

Ok, you have to add from Hosting Plans > "Plan" > Plan Resources > Web Resources under "Sub Domains" after enable Web Resource.
