Hi,

I changed a customers username from "abcd" to "abc" and the email stopped working but if I change it back it works fine.

I have search everywhere with no luck "I know not everywhere or I would have found it LOL" but im a bit lost on this one.

Try /scripts/mailperm and see if that helps.

I just tried that and it didn't work:(

check your DNS records to see if they're adecuate

if you don't how to do it use something like:

http://dnsstuff.com/ to check if you got your MX records right
