- Webdav

- Frontpage extension misconfiguration

- Aix ftpd

- Solaris telnetd

- Sendmail

- Wuftpd

- Proftpd

- Phpnuke (not for massdefacement but still a ever present one)

- OmniBack II

- Cpanel

I've disabled all of the above except Cpanel. We shall see...
