I didn't choose (acces cgi) from (WHM) , but it still working !!

How i can Disable it for one site only ?

Comment out the alias, path to cgi-bin, in the virtual hosting container, for that site in httpd.conf, then restart Apache.

Will this disable PHP support as well?
Anyone know a work around to disable PHP support?
