Hello,

Since 10 minutes ago orbit2 is down, it shows an ASP error:

QUOTE
Server Error in '/' Application.
Configuration Error
Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: The configuration section cannot contain a CDATA or text element.


It's impossible to open tickets or reboot a server.

I don't remember seeing an email about Orbit maintenance either.

For the past 2 years, It has happened early every Monday morning and if there's a critical patch. The maintenance event is, in most cases, transparent to you guys due to our QA group and deployment plans. Errors like this one should not have happened, but luckily when it did, there was already someone fixing it. These events don't affect customer's servers.
