How to download and add Zend Optimizer, Eaccelerator & Ioncube Accelerator via SSH, Semi-begineer needs help with Zend Optimizer, Eaccelerator & Ioncu Options

Hi guys, I've seen the thread about Eaccelerator and SSH at http://forums.theplanet.com/index.php?show...hl=Eaccelerator , but the Eaccelerator version is out of date so didn't go ahead with the install.

I'm looking to improve my server by adding Zend Optimizer, Eaccelerator & Ioncube Accelerator.

Is there a guide similar to the link above which can download and install the items via SSH?

Also read the warnings on the next-to-last page of the thread regarding CHROOT'd environments using CLI-PHP.

You can't install both Ioncube & Zend --- it's either or. The documentation is straightforward for both.

Basically, all of the information I gave is still valid with the following exception: you no longer need to edit php.ini. Instead, drop Ioncube in /usr/local/sbin/ioncube and create /etc/php.d/ioncube.ini:
