When trying to obtain the WSDLs with:

https://api.theplanet.com/Svc/TicketTicketService.svc?WSDL

I get this error message:

QUOTE
Server Error in '/Svc' Application.

Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.
.....

I tried using the Orbit login/password.

Then, how do I use it?

Thanks,
rgmarcha

I believe this issue should be resolved now. Please try fetching the wsdl via that url again using your Orbit username and password.

Can anyone post any working examples of bandwidth graphs using the API.

Support cannot seem to fix this and there are no known working examples.

I have had a support request in that is over a month old.

This API is far from ready.
Please move support into the regular ticket system where it will get the attention it deserves.

I had working bandwidth graphs recently - but the API isn't working currently (or doesn't appear to be working right at least)
