Now that Parallels has released Plesk 9, will those of us that are paying the monthly licensing fees through ThePlanet be able to upgrade to it? They've changed the way license keys work, so our keys will have to be replaced on all of our servers.
Of course, we'd be fools to upgrade before the first big patch - Plesk has major issues with new version upgrades - but when it settles and they fix the first round of bugs, I'd love to upgrade. What will we have to do? |

Usually with the plesk upgrades you put a ticket in for a new key. The actual software upgrade you are responsible for doing.
