 plesk migration manager not connecting |

I am trying to connect between plesk 8.6 (windows 2008) to plesk 7.5.6 (windows 2003) for migration. I already installed PMM 8.6 on plesk 8.6 (target) and PMM 8.6 agent on plesk 7.5.6 (source).
Then run the PMM from target but unable to connect into source. Error is : QUOTE "Error: Unable to upload scout: Unable to run migrmng: Unable to connect to remote host 202.75.41.43. Please check if the remote server is available for connection and if the correct login and password are specified." But if I try connecting to a linux based plesk (forgot version) and it works. Some must be something wrong with PMM? Maybe need to install PMM 7.5.6 agent in source? I already open all the TCP/UDP ports and my target server is in DMZ. It's a test server we setup to try the migration before doing the real thing. Please help... |
