Any one have any ideas of how to install Call of Duty 5 World at War on server box via remote desktop or any other way? With the Planet not updating any of the latest games in Cortex it is becoming hard to justify their service any longer.
thanks Ron |

Find a link to the dedicated server files and then download them directly onto your server and install.

If it's like COD4, which it is, you will need to upload your entire game folder from your computer. I don't think it will work from a STEAM install, but if you have an in-store retail copy it will work. Setup the proper commands and make sure that directx has the proper dll's on the server and you are ready to run.

To add to BeNt's comment, upload your files in managable sizes (less than 1 GB) and you shouldn't run into too many issues other than waiting for the upload to complete.
