Upgrading from Plesk 8.2.1 to 8.3 Options

I am trying to upgrade from 8.2.1 to 8.3 and it is not working with this error

Try to find rcfile...
Autoinstaller rcfile not found.

I found on Parallels Plesk forum that I have to download the 8.3 autoinstaller and replace it in /usr/local/psa/bin/
All I have found was "swsoft_installer_v3.3.0_build080201.09_os_RedHat_el4_i386" at ftp://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Plesk8.3/RedHatEL4/ is this the right file and do I just rename it autoinstaller and move it to /usr/local/psa/bin/

This is what I am currently running
psa v8.2.1_build82070919.15 os_RedHat el4
Operating system Linux 2.6.9-67.0.15.ELsmp
CPU GenuineIntel, Intel® Xeon®CPU 3040 @ 1.86G

Ok i found "psa-autoinstaller-3.3.0-build33080201.09.i586.rpm" in the "psa-8.3.0-rhel4.build83080131.20.i586.rpm.tar" I uploaded it and ran "rpm -Uvh psa-autoinstaller-3.3.0-build33080201.09.i586.rpm" and got this "package psa-autoinstaller-3.3.0-build33080201.09 is already installed" but nothing will update via the updater in the control panel how can i get this to work
