We placed an order for a dedicated server on July 3 with Virtuozzo and Plesk 30 domain with Power Pack.
The server deployment is supposed to be done in 24-72 hours, whereas the server got online on July 8 that too with Virtuozzo 3.0, whereas the latest version is 4.0 and there is no Plesk. Secondly, while when we placed order with a note that the firewall should be configured first hand alongwith server, coz we don't want 4 hrs downtime, still we have to face that downtime. what kinda support is this??? don't people read instructions there??? this all is mentioned is this ticket # 4949535PLNT and still no answer or resolution. We need Virtuozzo 4.0 and Plesk 8.2. sales people only respond to you as long you are writing towards taking a server, the moment you start talking about the concern related to after sales, they stop responding and technical people have only one ready made reply "Ticket". no body would bother to read the actual order placed and deliverables and would take responsibility to deliver. Chat Attached from July 8 with Sales Person: Gaby Salas: Hello Gaby Salas: Alok? Customer: hi Gaby Salas: How are you? Customer: good Customer: how about you Gaby Salas: Doing well, thanks Gaby Salas: How may I help you today? I'm just a customer, but overall I get the feeling that Virtuozzo may be a near-EOL unsupported product now. I might be looking for an alternate solution long-term.
It does seem like they are agreeing to give you what you are looking for from that chat transcript though. -------------------- |
