Problems in a Windows Plesk, Problems after changing password of admin Sql user´s Options

Hello guys, i gotta a problem with a client, she have changed the user admin from plesk into the SQL not on Plesk, and got many errors, ok, i have installed plesksrvclient.exe and i runned with no problem, i fixed the problem about the user, but now i got another problem that i don´t have any idea that what could be, when i try to acess the https://ipfromserver:8443 or either from the server on https://localhost:8443 the webpage delay so much to open and don´t open, appears only the message wainting for https://......:8443/... and don´t appear anything to me, what could be??

My client told me that she changed the password for Administrator, admin user on sql server.

Please help me
