Hi,
I am an existing customer with a servercommand.net login. I do not have a orbit login. 42 hours ago, I ordered a new server on special promotion. Kentsfield servers for Conroe prices. Order Confirmation #325191. 24 hours ago, I issued a ticket # 4615350PLNT at servercommand.net and was told it would be setup in a new account and was asked if I wanted to canceled the order and put the order on the same account. I replied but the ticket was closed without a reply. I issued another ticket # 4621497PLNT asking for an update and why ticket # 4615350PLNT was closed without a reply. Support told me the sales team is handling the issue now and asked me to follow up with the orginal ticket for updates. The orginal ticket was still closed. Now, all the tickets I have over the past 5 years disappeared due to this error. QUOTE "There is a server-side problem with the script you are trying to run and a detailed ServerCommand.net Bug Report has been created for this error. Suggested action: None. A detailed bug report has already been created and this issue is being handled by our Development team." And I cannot issue a new ticket with this error. So far, there is no call, no updates since the confirmation letter and I cannot get an order updates provided in the confirmation letter. What is happening? My phone ring but no answer? My credit card has problem? My account has problem? Can I have an update? |

The Servercommand login error has been solved.
The sales team has updated the ticket: QUOTE The order 325191 will have to be canceled and then it will have to be ordered on your existing account. If you would like for that to be processed just say yes. And the server will be added to your existing account the new server will have the same login for orbit actually. I replied YES on the understanding that order 325191 will be canceled, I do not have to order again and the new server will be adding to my exisitng account and I get a login for orbit. |

I am happy with the updates so far. Consider the issue closed.
Thanks TP. |

Hi Richard,
I'm sorry no one was around the forums last night to jump on your order to make sure everything got straightened out, but it looks like everything was taken care of pretty quickly in the tickets. I'm sorry that the process wasn't as streamlined as we'd like it to be, and I'm glad everything is taken care of. -Kevin -------------------- |
