To help you better manage your portal, tools and servers, we've upgraded our help page and relaunched it as The Planet Knowledge Base!

The revamped Knowledge Base contains all the same information previously found on the help page, and it’s been reformatted into an intuitive and user-friendly format. On the landing page, articles and information are divided into four categories:
  • Top 5 Things to Know: The most commonly asked customer questions
  • Recently Viewed: What other customers of The Planet are reading
  • Top Rated Articles: The most helpful Knowledge Base articles, as rated by customers
  • Recent Posts: New information on customer-affecting issues

There also is a search box to assist you in finding the topics of most interest to you. If you need additional assistance, please contact The Planet's support staff via the ticketing system, through live chat, or by phone at 866-325-0045.

The Knowledge Base is pretty awesome... you might want to add a FAQ page though.

Yeah. A FAQ is always handing to have. But yes, the knowledge base is a great resource.
