I used the guide at http://www.openspf.org/ to help me create a record but how exactly do you enter it in Orbit DNS Administration? Is this the correct way to do it?

Openspf.org includes the quotes in it's copy and paste box but I'm not sure if you are suppose to use the quotation marks in the actual record or not?

Also, my mail server is mail.mysite.com but all the PHP scripts that send mail end up using my hostname in the return path so they are sent from nobody@server01.mysite.com, so does that mean my SPF record should actually look like this:

"v=spf1 a a:server01.mysite.com ~all"

Just remove the quotes and you're golden! Orbit will add the quotes for you automatically.
