I have some accounts on a Redhat/Cpanel server and one is able to send but not receive e-mails. Has anyone encountered this and have a solution? I searched the forums but didn't find any solutions. Just questons.

Without more information we are not going to be able to help out. What does exim_mainlog say when you try to send an email to the account? If it says nothing it may be a firewall or DNS problem.

I looked in eximstats and the error for this particular account says:
QUOTE
12 - lee@domain.com: retry timeout exceeded
Where is exim_mainlog?

I tried exim -bt domain.com and got this:
QUOTE
LOG: MAIN
lowest numbered MX record points to local host: domain.com (while routing <lee@domain.com>)
lee@domain.com cannot be resolved at this time: lowest numbered MX record points to local host

I forgot to mention that the accounts act like they're working but have no mail when clicking receive mail. The account will go through the motions without any errors. Weird! Eh?

Anyone?
