Problemn access through www Options

Appreciated gentlemen, I have the following problem:

Days ago behind I try to install a SSL for my domain name www.ciudadtecnopolis.com, it was not successful the installation.

From that moment who wants to enter to my page by means of URL http://www.ciudadtecnopolis.com it cannot enter to the web site, PLESK generates the following error:

• hosting for this domain is not configured

But you can enter to my place web through of http://ciudadtecnopolis.com

I have already verified the configuration of DNS and really have a CNAME www that points to ciudadtecnopolis.com,

There are several occasions I have eliminated and created CNAME for the www and PLESK to try solve the problem, but when concluding the process shows me the following warning

Warning: WWW prefix was changed. Be sure to modify the SSL certifies you accordingly.

They can help me to correct the problem that I cannot enter through URL of http://www.ciudadtecnopolis.com, only can enter by through URL http://ciudadtecnopolis.com

hey, i'm not a professional or anything also a newbie to plesk but we have the same problem with our domain. http://domain.com was different to http://www.domain.com. we have recently purchased a new webserver on a managed dedicated option and apparently (according to the guys at support) it is an IIS issue (we run a windows server) i am not sure what the guy changed but after a couple of clicks and adding a 'host header' (not sure what that is) it all worked fine. sorry couldn't help you any further. good luck with your problem and hope the above helps you a little.
