Greetings

I have a dedicated server and some time ago I did publish the oscommerce shopping cart system and when I wanted to run it if someone goes to the following URL www.dvdtovar.com I get following message

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@dvdtovar.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Errorwas encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Type http://www.dvdtovar.com/product_info.php?products_id=208 and them http://dvdtovar.com/product_info.php?products_id=208

If I remove the "www" from the URL it works like a charm.

Does anyone knows how to fix this?

Best regards,

Probably ask in the DNS section for help.

Post moved to DNS forum. This should get you the help you need a little more quickly.

According to the DNS report for your domain, you do have a CNAME pointing www.dvdtovar.com to dvdtovar.com:

QUOTE
Your www.dvdtovar.com A record is:

www.dvdtovar.com. CNAME dvdtovar.com. [TTL=14400]dvdtovar.com. A 207.218.***.*** [TTL=14400] [US]

I see you only registered this domain yesterday though, so you may just be waiting for your DNS to propogate.

Looks like www.dvdtovar.com is working now. Was it just a DNS propogation issue?
