Setting up custom DNS servers. Options

Hey guys.

I've been trying to set up my new dedicated server to have my own custom nameservers (like ns1.r-fate.com / ns2.r-fate.com) so far ive created host records for those at UKREG but now im at the part where i think i have to do something on ensim pro x to set up these nameservers.

Im competely stuck there and the tutorials i have found are not very clear about exactly what i have to do and im in fear of breaking something that i dont want to break! if anyone could give me some simple steps for it, i would greatly appreciate it.
