I just wanted to know what would be the best offer to buy or get from TP to offer remote backup service on my website. Dont get me wrong, im a TP client alreayd and have a NAS backup with them. It counts as internal transfer. What i want to know if its better to buy a another server or a NAS or Disksync or something else?

I want to offer the popular service where client installs a software on his pc and then it backup his data and sends it to my server or backup solution. Simple. But i dont know how to start. Anybody else sales this service on his website? dont worry i will market a local market so i dont plan to compite to anyone i just want to offer this service as a value addon. I dont know even where to get the software, i suppose there isnt a backup software i can customize or brand to my company right? I dont have 10000$ to make one so i need something for startup.

Thanks Guys.

The solution that EV1/TP offers is actually eVault's InfoStage product. It retails base at about $16,000 if memory serves.

(That's where you run your own server and storage network to manage the backups -- they offer other services where they store your data for you)
