I'm an old Rackshack customer and need to reboot my server...but I can't log in to Orbit with my Servercommand details.

Is this a know issue?

Hello Iain,

When you log in, please make sure that you are using the correct character case. Both the login and password are case sensitive.

Same problem here. 30 hours ago when I first tried to login I did it successfully. But after 2 hours, when I placed a new trouble ticket I couldn't log in anymore. I have an ES* account. It says that my account is inactive.

I believe they are still importing data from the DB and it seems to sometimes do that to accounts. PM Aaron your account number and he should be able to fix it.
