If you have a total control server, is your sensor data still showing in orbit? I looked today in orbit, and my sensor data is now no longer showing for my server under remote management.

Put in a ticket when I posted this last night, and I just wanted to report that my DRAC card was reset and everything functioning again by 7:30 a.m. this morning.

I was very impressed by both the speed and quality of the Planet's support, including the care with which they 1.) asked if it was ok to install software, 2.) asked for the 15-30 minute time window when they could reboot the server, 3.) promptly attended to fixing the problem, and 4.) followed up to make sure everything was working fine again.

10 out of 10 stars for great service from the Planet. Thanks!

Thats the same feature the SM950 servers have, yet, when I check the DRAC access via Orbit, it says I don't have any servers with that feature.

*shrugs* oh well.
