Problem with some domains hosted in my dedicated server Options

Good day!

I'm having DNS related problems with some of my domains. Basically, the problem is that at some places like the US, this domain, for example: baby-toyz.us, are accessible. While at some places, like Asia, it is not.

The Primary and Secondary Nameservers on my server are ns1.servermatrix.host and ns2.servermatrix.host respectively.

I've checked the following files:

/etc/wwwacct.conf contains:
NS ns1.servermatrix.host
NS2 ns2.servermatrix.host

/etc/resolv.conf contains:
nameserver 70.84.161.11
nameserver 70.84.160.11

/etc/nameserverips contains:
70.86.14.130=70.86.14.131
70.86.14.131=70.86.14.132
70.86.14.132=70.86.14.130
70.86.14.133=ns1.servermatrix.host
70.86.14.134=ns2.servermatrix.host
70.86.14.135=0

I have doubts about the entries
ns1.servermatrix.host and ns2.servermatrix.host

Are these valid entries or nameservers?

Please help. I am a bit at lost for days now.

Firstly, they should be ns1.servermatrix.com and ns2.servermatrix.com .

If you so decide to use the Servermatrix DNS Servers, you need to log into Orbit and access DNS Change Request ( https://orbit.theplanet.com/nav_domain/a2_d...ns_request.html )

You will then need to provide the Domain Name and the IP Address associated to the site so that Tech can add it to the DNS Server.

Use http://www.dnsreport.com to determine if everything is set up properly.

It is possible that the DNS is still being propagated and some people may still be accessing your 'old' host.

Actually, the 'servermatrix.host' domain is referring to his machine. Machines are given that domain when they are run through the autoprovisioning system. I recommend updating your hostname and WHM with your domain name.

I would just shoot some follow-up questions. I hope you don't mind.

Both ns1.servermatrix.host and ns2.servermatrix.host can be valid nameserver entries?

I don't quite get what you mean by "updating your hostname and WHM with your domain name".

This is what I understand about the statement. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I should:

1. Update my server's hostname.
2. Update my server's Primary Nameserver. For example, ns1.mydomain.com
3. Update my server's Secondary Nameserver. For example, ns2.mydomain.com

For clarification, when I change my Primary and Secondary nameservers to ns1.servermatrix.com and ns2.servermatrix.com, respectively, it indicates that I'm using ThePlanet's Nameservers. Is this correct?

That is correct. You will just have to update that info in WHM. When you change the hostname, you may receive a license error. If you do, just run the following command.
