You will need to ask the host/company that you purchased services from this question.

Hi,
You can obtain a reseller plan and move to that. However, it's more than a simple upgrade, since the reseller servers are on their own systems--it's not just the plan that's upgraded. You would have to move data, etc. to the new server you had your reseller account set up on.

Comfort host is a real piece of work - if anyone has time it would be fun to also ask them this on their live chat - or if you have time echo their spamvertising back by clicking on their live chat and asking their own Q&A and then let them know you don't approve of spamvertising.

Jim: Hi Patrick
Patrick: Hello, how may I help you?
Jim: Are you a spam-friendly host?
Patrick: We do not allow sending of spam.
Jim: How about posting forum spam to promote a site?
Jim: I guess some people call this spamvertising a site
Jim: But it's possibly a good way to really get google page rank
Patrick: I'm sorry we will not host anyone with the intentions of spamming, no exceptions.
Jim: Then how come you promote your own site by spamvertising? Isn't this a double standard?
Jim: Or are you being framed?

I could go on and on, but Google pretty much gives them away. Quite a nice spam operation they have going on there.
