Level 3 will performing an upgrade to the equipment which provides a portion of The Planet's Internet access. This will cause momentary latency and packet loss as providers assume the load. The work will begin at 4:01AM CST 11/22/05 and last for 2 hours but the impact is expected to be only for 30 seconds as routes converge.
