 International order, HOW TO? |

I live outside US, and trying to place a new server order online. I tried both my Visa and MasterCard with no success. I receive a message 'We are unable to accept your order', with no reason stated. I checked with both of my banks, and they say there is no problem on their side.
Is there another procedure for new international orders? I e-mailed sales, but also trying my luck here. Thanks. P.S: Yesterday I mailed to 4 webhosts with pre sales questions, Ev1 answered in 10 minutes, Liquidweb in 30 minutes, LayeredTech in 4 hours, ServerMatrix no answer yet. However SM's prices and management features look superior to others, that's why I still want to go with SM. |

I hear you can have issues or get your order denied if your outside the US, Canada, Mexico, or Western Europe. You will have to call them to grease the gears.

cant they implement epassporte or moneybookers as payment? i receive most of my earnings through epassporte anyway

EPassporte is a Virtual VISA Card anyways. You should be issued a virtual credit card number which you can use to order from Servermatrix.
