Alright...this isn't really a pre-sales question...well I guess it is.

I have TC P2800 server now with RHE3 and Plesk 7 Reloaded. I am having a very large amount of problems with Plesk and want to go to cPanel now. I have the 1 free hour/month time on my Gold management plan and have not used this months time yet. I am wondering if I can order an OS reload (and pay the $25 fee) and use the 1 hour management time to get cPanel installed.

Would I have to pay any other charges? Would cPanel have an extra setup fee if I use that hour management time?

Might be better to drop sales a ticket.. they seems to be more responsive there.

Hello,

Please forgive my neglect!

Do you still need an answer to this?

Just out of curiousity, what kind of problems were you having with Plesk? We did just the opposite and switched from Cpanel to Plesk so I was curious if we might encounter some of your issues as well.

edit: I think I found a post with some of your previous issues.
