Hi
Our reseller have a problem with Upgarde/Downgarde an account in his control panel : when he choose a host to change it's plan , this error message showen : You do not have access to create that package (web-ara_W200)! What's the problem ??? Regard |

In WHM reseller management, make sure that they are in fact able to create new packages. It is a seperate permission you might have forgotten. If you did give it to them try and disable it and then renable it.

This worked for me with that problem:
/scripts/updatenow ; /scripts/upcp ; service cpanel stop ; service cpanel start Copy & paste as one line and let it run till finished. |
