Hi,

Would Cpanel ever touch the files in /usr/bin in any way for some reason?

I'm asking because some of the binaries in /usr/bin have date stamps that are later than when the machine was deployed.

Examples of such files include:

/usr/bin/passwd
/usr/bin/crontab
/usr/bin/quota

Thanks for any insight.

ya makes sense. cpanel upgraded packages and quota being something important as well as crontab being something that gets updated as well.

nothing to worry about
