Hi,

On some accounts, when I try to create a new account, I have this error on the creation (on WHM) :

Ouch, sorry that username is taken

Account Creation Complete!!!

But when I look Accounts, this user don't appears ... Do u know what is the problem ?

Usernames have to be unique. If one already exists, you'll get that error.

Also, due to an aknowledged bug in cpanel, if you terminate an account, the username is not compeltely removed, so you'll have to create it with a new username.

The user don't exists on WHM (of course) , but if there is a bug on cpanel, where can we delete users (via ssh) ? Thx.

take a look in the following places...

Delete the file cpmove.username.tar.gz in the /home dir
/var/cpanel/users
/etc/valiases
/etc/vfilters
/etc/group
/etc/named.conf
/var/named
in httpd.conf

I tried this but I don't found the user who creates me some problems ...

It doesn't matter so, I will change the name of the user icon_wink.gif
