For some reason, it is not displaying my suspended page, it is just bringing up a 404 page.

What's going on?!

I found the solution. You should verify that your first virtual host entry in the httpd.conf is for your hostname and not for an account. Make sure that the information is correct. I corrected mine (it was set default to RS settings) and it works fine now.

It should look like that:

BytesLog domlogs/yourhost.namehere.com-bytes_log
ServerName yourhost.namehere.com (for example server1.domain.com)
DocumentRoot /usr/local/apache/htdocs

I also had the RS info there. I changed, but now I get an error: "The page cannot be displayed" icon_neutral.gif

Verify that you have everything correct. If it is correct, the try this:

Log into your WHM, click "Modify Suspend Page" and then with or without any modifications, click the SAVE button.

Many times, the suspend page is not really created until you do the above.

I am not really advanced on this subject. I'm only repeating what I have since learned and what has worked for me.

I had the same problem and found this reference in the forum too
http://forum.ev1servers.net/showthread.php...+not+dispalying

By checking the .htaccess page in the account suspended the redirect was giving the wrong path i.e. it left out the first part of the name in my case srv01. so instead of redirecting to http://srv01.mydomain.com/suspended.page it was trying to go to http://mydomain.com/suspended.page. So it means that I manually modify the .htaccess page for each account I suspend and that's 'cos I don't know how to find where to make the change to work across all accounts for if and when they are suspended.
