Considering cPanel... Question: is there a PTR option in cPanel manager DNS zone settings or is there a quick'n'easy way to set PTR through console?

You do not have PTR control, have to put in a trouble ticket for it. Short of getting a block of ips its almost impossible to have direct PTR control of your ips. Of course RS/ev1 does not let you have anywhere near 254 ips sooo no luck there.

Put in a tt and you will have them soon enough
